firsstly, management will not bring forth this stupidity again becasue they have learned from the last expearience... shareholders will not tolerate it.

secondly, it is not inevitable that it will happen ...in fact it is very unlikely.

it has been reiterated by so many: that juniors who do splits do it because of weakness and becasue of self serving directors. SPQ IS NOT WEAK.

as well, we can vote off the board, those directors who brought this forward in the first place. we have a lot of time ahead of us untill the next AGM in order to facilitate this assuredly.
