Neil is a miner - his forte is finding the stuff. He is great at that.
He is not a marketer, promotor, front man for the enterprise "spider". I am sure he is well aware of that and having shareholders who are willing to kick in and do some of the very important grunt work that will be required to make this spider fly will be well received by the company and Neil in particular.
This is my humble opinion of course but we have to keep moving ahead to promote this great resource company to those who do not know it as yet.
