He (Neil) is not a marketer, promotor, front man for the enterprise "spider"

excuse me !! BUT ...this is exactly what he is supposed to be ! ....this is what a president does!

they do not perform all exercises directly ..but they atleast have the time to delagate authorty to have these fundamental duties executed effectively.

Neil is a President of a Public Company.

Yes he is good in the feild.

But ....he also has responsibilities as the leader of a company.

it's called GOOD GOVERNANCE

...AND a little bit of marketing ...atleast a presentable web-site !

now, i have known Neil for a long time and respect him greatly for his work in the feild ...have talked extensively over the years about this not only to him directly but to the public at large, as i promoted his track record in good drill results !

BUT AGAIN ...HE IS ALSO THE pRESIDENT ! ...without good governance such as in prompt 43-101's and good marketing amoung many other duties as president of spq our great drill results do not show up in VALUE over the long term.

don't forget... we have been getting great drill results for the past TEN years !!!!

SO PLEASE ..take the good advice from Snug and exercise your rights as shareholders. these are very important issues and we were promised them by neil at the AGM.

i remeber pressing for a better web site back when Brian Wilson was president ...i talked to Brian directly about it ...it never happened then either.

i can thank Neil for his continuing good work in the feild but also ask him to place the appropriate authorties and have implimentation of the fundamental tasks that are required of any president and in any company.

he does not have to do the work himself... its to delagate these tasks properly and on a timely basis.
