OK - So who is selling at 0.05?

I spent my last bit of powder at .06 and have averaged down nicely - with the latest news I simply do not understand the ask price this morning of .05 - there are only a about 5000 shares on the ask - can someone help me as to why someone would sell so few shares at such a ridiculous price? I just wish I had more ammo left..............
