SPQ has to find something of interest quickly to enhance their dismal market share price which will give them some leverage to do deals. They have some great jv's and properties attractive to others but adding to current position with share price where it is will be tough to impossible.

Crunch time will come in the late fall as more money will be needed. I'd look for a deal or two before then because Novak is smart enough not to want to deal when his back is up against the wall.

Hard to see SPQ not having favourable news out over next few weeks just because they have a finger in so many things. Crossing my fingers but keeping them out of my pocket as burned to many times lately trying to call the bottom.
