Thanks for your insights and comments. I was happy to hear NOT tell of its plans to ship concentrates etc. I think this is a good move. Earlier, they stated that they were not in the league to develop a mine. They were looking for a suitor. That seems to have changed. The early suggestions that a change was taking place was with hiring more qualified personel. Now this statement. If you were only looking for a suitor, whoever fit that bill would eye your find with a lowball bid. The only defense NOT would have would be for a bidding war. That may or may not have happened. I'm not much of a believer in manipulation, but I sure do know that collusion goes on. So announcing a plan to forge ahead on your own is very good news for everyone in the ROF. Your comment about this news and halt being planned surprises me. The news of course was. I'd think the asking of clarification was a surprise. If not, then it suggests to me that the news was written in a way to invite a halt. That might be. But I fail to see what advantage it might have. Other than owning NOT, I agree that SPQ is right up there with NOT.
