I am a relatively new poster and wonder if you would be so kind to clarify a couple of points for me. If a member perceives an incident of bullying by a hub leader, what recourse do they have? Should they pm Agorocom? What are the responsibilities of a hub leader? What would Agoracom feel constitutes bullying?

Under what circumstances, if any would Agoracom remove a hub Leader?

Should open and frank discussion be allowed on the site, keeping

in mind the rules as posted by Agracom are followed?

I am sure all new and possible senior members of the site would find this information helpful and make for a general awareness of obligations required as hub leaders and other members of the site.
