It's difficult in a small number of "posts" on this board to share all of the points, feelings, and passion of the shareholders who attended today's AGM and the discussion over coffee.

Suffice it to say, more discussion will occur over the following weeks and months. Your are invited to share your thoughts and opinions about information and facts gleaned from Neil Novak, the Board of Directors, and other sources.

The bottom line for the SPQ shareholder is wealth generation. But we have to be involved to help create it. Blindly accepting BOD direction is folly. Questions must be asked; information must be delivered. Intelligent decisions can then be made.

The empowered shareholder demands a professional, driven, and focused management and Board of Directors. Nothing less.

I say this because the Spider Resources AGM presentation was less than I expected - in effect, less professional. It was a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) presentation. A poor, malnourished slide show and bored Directors. They basically took the shareholder position for granted.

The shareholders who were at the AGM want to continue with this empowerment theme. We want you to think about it and provide thoughts on it through our Agoracom board.
