Hi
If you look at exploration companies after a reverse split...the price often tanks
The 70 cents may end up at 10 or 20 cents...there are many examples of that.
Even after the RS the company has left a bad taste in the speculating community
Are there exceptions?...probably
But SPQ has good properties and money in the bank.
What they need to do is drill and get good results, and drill again and get more good results...over and over again and again
Also they have to try to get their message out to the market place...but that too is usually with good results...window dressing doesn't work over the long haul
Reverse splits usually indicate poor management at least in my opinion
We just buy the shares..we don't issue them
