amazing post JD, thanks so much for the update. Great to hear about the little guys who only have "x" amount of shares. RS would have killed their oppourtunity to make any substantial amount of money. I invested in SPQ and about my "x" amount of shares because I wanted to see the company progress through their drilling phase(s) and at the end of the day be rewarded for my investment and dd. The RS wouldn't have allowed that to happen.

Thanks to all the great posts over the few weeks, and thanks to those who attending the AGM. I'm sure it really opened the boards eyes to see how many people truely disagreed with this obsurd proposal.
