In light of the Market Cap of the SPQ dropping 30-40%, from the .095--.125 cents range--Oct 2007 til now-- .065 --.075..Given company events and ROF events happening, that should have caused SP to stay steady or go up, and also that the SP drop has happened..concident with the 1/10 resolution. What are the Managements thoughts on how the RS of 1/10 will help present investors Recover this loss in value??
