Well, one circumstance would be where NOT is dropping like a rock due to excessive manipulation. Not fun to watch, but it is simply because entities want in at the cheapest price in ernest because it will be one of the great plays of this decade. It is actually a good sign as to the value of this company and has nothing to do with anything negative, just the ability of others to take it down to where they want.
