After the first few lined I was thinking you were acting as a PROPAGANDIST but as I read on I thought of how unrealistic you are being. Dreamer is what I concluded with. Better stick with your Day Job???
As for the few posting in favor of passing the vote, WHERE ARE YOUR SOUND RATIONAL ARGUMENTS?
All I see from you posters is WISHY WASHY speculation.
I want to show confidence in the Directors and even did some research that could have backed up supporting those of the Directors that FORCED this upon us, but with the very LAME reasons presented by them (which have already had their desired effect - LOOK AT THE INTEREST IN SPQ's STOCK - the SP dropped due solely from having the R/S put on the AGM agenda and it dropped from ~12 cents to ~6 cents) I cannot find any thing good coming out of this situation. Not a single GOOD thing!!!
You say most will forget this fast. I WISH!
Do not underestimate the knowledge of serious Investors, most especially when it comes to THIS VERY TYPE OF SITUATION.
We can still prevent the real and lasting damage. Investors will notice that the Share Holders in this company take their company and their ownership in it very seriously and will be willing to count on future improved IR if we can defeat this Resolution. If we fail, then they will need to rush out a new PP while they still can, before the SP reverts back to pennies per share again, AND IN SPITE of releasing the GOOD News already sitting on the table just needing to be released.

PS: To save posting space: This should be clear to all those claiming to vote yes.
