and i firmly beleive that being a 'new-comer' is completely irrelvant.

all i care about is sound rational reasoning and good human intentions. (...no matter what i do in life)

in other words to be 'decent'

i have been invested in this company for over a decade and i know the game of RS's ....it has been discussed often over the years as something which would NEVER be done, unless we were at a point of extreme weakness

...this certainly is not the case ...SPQ HAS MUCH STRENGTH.
