Shareholders outside of Canada - proxies

Here is Spider Resources reply to my email:

"If these persons are registered shareholders, they will receive a package and can vote online. Who are you speaking to at Equity? If anyone needs to see the materials, they can go to www.sedar.com and view Spider's notice of meeting, info circ and proxy form to get the details."

The SEDAR documents are for viewing only. You can not vote with the example proxy for since it doesn't have your control number.

Hopefully you will receive your package in the next few days. You will have to vote online before 10 a.m. EDT on June 17, 2008 - www.voteproxyonline.com .
