Spider Resources has terrific potential (remember we've already hit on the Freewest Option). Resolution #12 puts a real damper on this potential simply because of all of the negative things which investors can potentially infer.

Many of you will have noticed the news about changes at Noront Resources. Some maybe are concerned about the "relationship" that Neil Novak has with Noront. (Some have referred to it as "incestuous" - clearly soft bashing.)

The reality is that Neil Novak's relationship with Noront, and Freewest, and UC Resources is absolutely strategic. It provides Spider Resources with a great number of contacts and options. Remember, it has some of the best VMS land in the ROF. And Nemis knows this!

I'm excited about the up-coming AGM. This will be a superb opportunity to do more due diligence. As we approach the 19th it will be important to gather good questions. I am already doing that. Moreover, I know of two other Agoracom posters/investors who are coming. If necessary, we will pepper Novak and the Board with questions. (I will also endeavor to take pictures again, which our friend "provinsys" (Jim) will post on his server.)

So good times are ahead. And make certain to get those votes in along with emails and FAXes to Neil and the Board. They listen to this stuff!
