spq has over 300mill shares out, for the directors and NN to even put forward a proposal for a r/s they had to have put out some feelers to the major shareholders for their support and opinions. The major shareholders control in excess of 50% of the vote. The Directors have put forward a r/s that at the top end would allow for 10-1 split. I seriously doubt that this would be acceptable to the major shareholders but a 5-1 or a 3-1 probably would be.

IMHO no matter what anyone on this board believes the bottom line is that a r/s is probably a done deal , the only thing we as minor shareholders don't know is what level the major shareholders have agreed

My families votes have already been sent in and they are for no reverse split.We just hope that at the end of the day when SPQ does a JV deal with NOT and NOT sells out to a major that we as SPQ shareholders get a fair return on the investment.
