No Doubt the Reverse Split has and will cause problems for SPQ

share holders.

Even with a low ask of $0.65. What would of happened just 2 weeks ago if the ask was this low.

Regarding the special resolution ratifying consolidation: Against

I have been burned badly before with Reverse Splits.

Lost money every time that I have been unfortunately caught up in one.

I have Voted NO 150,000 shares. That I do not want to become 15,000 at a much lower share price than you would guess.
