This RS of 10:1 in my opinion, means that for every $1000. I have invested someone is going to allow me $100. worth of valu and someone who has nothing to loose is saying to vote for giving you money away. Well forget it. If anyone wants to have the RS, put your money in and see how it feels to get 1/10 the valu.
