Value is what counts in Mergers! Share Structures are typically addressed in the Merger process.

Share Structure is well accounted for in Mergers and playing with the Share Structuer in advance of a Merger only diminishes the VALUE to the Company altering its Share Structure in advance of making public any proposed Merger. So, this is to our detriment if a Merger is in the works. Thus, further evidence that some on the Board are playing to the interests of someone other than that of the Average Retail Investor!

Otherwise I think talk of Mregres is but nonsence at this point in time.
