I have been reading all the posts and my wife and I recieved our shareholders packages this week.

We are at a loss of how to react.

On one hand I think you need to put faith in the leaders of spider as they only want to do whats best for the company, afterall its thier shares that will be reduced as well ,correct?

On the other hand I think its much easier to make the percentage gains on the smaller 12 cent share (now 7 cents), we have to make up 60% now just to get back to 12 cents, 60% on a 70 cent share would mean it would have to go to a buck 20.

3 to 1 I could see....

I wish I could go to the shareholders meeting, unfortunately I have my own directors meeting that day so I will have to rely on our members here to fill us in.

Honestly I think its too early to ask for us to vote on this. I think if they posed the question in january (if necessary) after all the summer drilling it would be an easier decision.
