paul einarson resigning from KWG is not an "off topic" event and is very welcome news on this forum for SPQ ...THEY ARE OUR joint venture partner... i appreciated knowing this information very much and it helps a great deal in assessing current matters unfolding with SPQ

i am in the process of investigating this further.

my sympathy goes out to the poster of this relevant news... i thank him for his well intentioned post and i encourage him to continue informing this forum of SPQ with further insight and related events that may affect our company... indirectly or directly.... it all helps.
