Some people have asked for assistance on getting started with online voting on the Spider Resources Resolutions being put to vote at the AGM. So here's how to get started.

NOTE: You must have your package from Spider Resources to vote.

I have inserted a file (also in the photos section) which is comprised of the right half of the "Proxy Solicited by Management of the Company" (in the SPQ package). Under all of the Resolutions you will find your name and address above which is your CONTROL NUMBER.

Below the Resolutions is another picture of the first page of www.voteproxyonline.com . On this page, you must enter your CONTROL NUMBER; after which you click on GO. You then simply follow the instructions.

Remember, it's very important to VOTE. Snug
