I'm generally inclined to vote no so I looked for a reason to vote yes to check out my no reasons.

1. Reverse split takes place creating a bottleneck in acquiring shares much like FNC.

2. SPQ releases stellar news in conjunction with other plays and sp drives up harder due to reduced availability. (10:1 split)

3. SPQ commands a superior price for a P.P. and escalates their power to explore on a NOT scale. Price doesn't decline but stabilizes as well as any other going concern.

4mil and change is not enough to continue for long. If this were the scenario they wouldn't be able to tell us for obvious reasons. So I imagine how frustrated they could be with this plan, having great info. to unleash, and a bunch of investors who won't play ball. I know splits are usually crap but I wonder at the possibilities of this scenario. If we get great results at the present O/S , what will we get to starting at .07. A number of posters have said that the O/S don't matter. Apparently some think it does. Open for comment.
