IMO,if he has no plans to do a R/S,then he would not be asking for the authority via a vote at this time. We must remember the R/S ,if approved has to be acted on ,one way or another ,by Dec.31/08,which is a very short time frame,so Novak must have plans for it ,IMO. I just do not see the need for it from now till Dec.31/08,UNLESS, THERE IS SOMETHING THAT WE ARE NOT AWARE OF.Again,this is a very short time frame and IMO,if approved,WILL be acted on.
