I agree. I am not into high finance but they may want the right to the reverse split to facilitate merging with one or more companies in the ring of fire. I do not know how that could help as their capitalization would be the same but who knows. I would like a reverse split because being in the US Schwab has to pay $.005/share premium to purchase or sell my shares. It is just too much for me to be able to trade the stock. I am almost forced to buy and hold.
