I am again stating my personal strong concerns about any form of R/S AT THIS TIME. The company has $5 million in the bank and is not pressed for raising more money at this time. LET US SEE WHAT THEIR DRILL RESULTS ARE AND WHAT THEIR PLANS ARE FOR ALL OF 2008 WITH USE OF THE FUNDS ON HAND. Hopefully, we will get good to excellent results and the need for a R/S becomes a non issue . As I said in my earlier messages,shareholders seldom benefit from a R/S as the daytraders will get at the SP regardless of whether we are at 8 cents ,32 cents or 80 cents or higher for that matter. IMHO,the VOTE FOR A R/S SHOULD BE A SOLID NO. Lets put pressure on the company,in any way possible, to show positive performance with what THEY HAVE ALREADY BEEN GIVEN FOR FUNDS . Lets see results over the next 6 months or so AND IF NEED BE AS A LAST RESORT,THE NOTION OF THE R/S COULD BE REVISITED AT THAT TIME. IMHO,now is not the time for it,the company needs to show us what it has been doing/will be doing with the funds we gave them.
