Always great to get your opinion, John. Hopefully others will provide their opinions also. Thank you to those who already have. Reasonable discussion is absolutely critical at this time.

Resolution #12 on the proxy form reads: To approve the special resolution ratifying the consolidation of common shares of the Company. You can vote FOR or AGAINST on the proxy form. Note: there is no mention of any reverse split ratio.

So the important thing is to vote. Hopefully we'll get hundreds of proxy votes. It will send a message to management from the active investors of Spider Resources.
