Hi,good posts . When reading the notes to the annual report for SPQ ,it is so obvious that there are a number of working agreements between SPQ and KWG. IMO it seems that we may see a merger in the future between these two companies . They currently have similar shares O/S,similar SP and especially very similar interests and objectives. I chatted with Brent of KWG a few days ago and he said that the Debuts Diamonds interests have been transferred into a wholly owned subsidiary of KWG. I guess this is what waqs said in the latest KWG release. I then asked if shareholders of KWG will still receive free shares in the diamonds interests and he had no comment . I would appreciate your comments on all this. Sorry for discussing both companies on the SPQ board,but my comments are connected. Thanks.
