I spoke to SPQ couple of weeks ago, as they were sending out the Anuual Meeting materialm and there's absolutely NOTHING about a split in the AGM materials, in the slightest...It's all mBS and "scare" tactics to get you to sell your SPQ..don't fall for it !!!
