I will meet your challenge sir, and in fact will offer to double the donation. I have lots of shares, and a little philanthropy like this does two things:

1. It feels good to help others who are desperately in need.

2. It provides a bit of a tax break, which I am sure that we will all need to offset our capital gains in the near future!
