Here is my calculation:

Assume Noront is 6.40/shares...using your calculation 1.00 for spq and 3.20 for fwr...I think the noront shares that they will have : ..

SPQ now has 320 million share then changing to Noront share will be having about 50 millions

FWR will have around 70 million Noront shares

Total will be 140+ 50+70= 260 millions shares

If 20% of 25 billion = Cad ~ 19 /shares

please correct me if I am wrong..thanks
