I believe that Neil has strategically chosen to drill on the Freewest Option because of its PGE potential. It's the PGEs he's focused on, not nickel. And the same goes for Richard Nemis and Noront.

If you look at the complete 10 km corridor from Eagle 2 through Eagle 1 through Fancamp up into the Freewest Option, you are looking at PGEs. Yes, there's some nickel and maybe some copper but all of these anomalies are MMS anomalies with lots of chromitite.

So to my mind, although nickel is and will be important, the next great Canadian Area Play is at this time all about the platinum group of elements (PGEs). If nickel comes into play strongly, then we may have another Voisey's Bay. So a double whammy. And I'm certainly not complaining about that.

John Defur has made his points very clear about McFaulds being similar to Norilsk PGE finds. But McFaulds is in Canada, and although the geography is challenging, it's certainly no Russia.

How fortunate we are.
