Thank you for bringing this document on deBeers Victor Mine to the attention of SPQ investors. 

In my humble estimation, it should be considered a "roadmap" for continued future mine development by McFaulds Lake investors.  It outlines responsible mine development by deBeers, the First Nations peoples, and the Government of Ontario.

There are many important points in the document.  But this one is most important for the ongoing wealth generation for the people and communities of north-eastern Ontario.

Increased skill-sets and training in region and helping to build new knowledge base.

The life of the Victor Mine is estimated to be 12 years and finish in 2020.  The skill set built by the training of many new technologists, geologists, and others will be easily transferable to the new mines that will be developed based on the present and ongoing exploration of McFaulds many MMS and VMS anomalies.
