Thanks for the UC update.  I'm coming to the realization that McFaulds' press releases take some time and don't necessarily happen as quickly as the CEOs in the front offices want them to.  With JVs galor up at McFaulds, numerous legal beagles need to get involved to make certain wording on documents in order to have their "i"s dotted and their "t"s crossed.
