Very Interesting Discussion on Benificial Ownership

Is it an issue? I do not see why or how. Is it something a good investor should have been aware and very comfortable with prior to putting down their hard earned investment cash? Yes. Are some of the points I have just read pertinent and likely part (key) of the recent round of discussions among the three and a half parties? Ok, really four parties. But in two separate agreements as Freewest has a stake/interest in the legal contentment of each of the other three among each other, even though they (FWR) are involved directly with only two of the other three but impacted in someway(s) by the relationships created among the other three and how these three get along with one another. Is there items that we, as investors, should have clearly stated for our benefit? Yes. Though I have done my DD on all of these companies prior to placing my Buy orders, I would like to have a summary of what to expect signed by all four companies. What to expect with respect to who is responsible for what and with what responsibilities and costs for themselves and any of the others for what aspect of which properties. I believe I already know the answers but would benefit by having every one else know as well. I also would stand to be reassured on what I believe to be the case as I may have missed something or given something an improper or incorrect interpretation or failing either of these I may be too optimistic as to the sanity of all the parties involved. This is one of the things I was concerned with early on with respect to Noront Resources and its dealings with Probe, Fancamp, Condor, and Spider or whoever else that has had a finger in the Mc Fauld's Lake pie at any point in the past 5-7 years. With that all said my impression all along continued to be that the legal issues were made clear in each relevant news release. The only thing being that each party needed to get confirmation of clear understanding by each of the others. Given the streanthening action in each companies SP in the last two-three trading days I am optimistic all so well and well understood by each company. Just for the FUN of it all, Bring it to the Mc Fauld's Lake Forum and prompt for some more comedy Facts from the know it all there. Old Joe PS: Telling something! OH! I have been a share holder of SPQ for quite some time and became one based on my DD. One of the better DD's I have ever done and had to do given the history and recent agreements etc..
