Thank you for your kind comments. However, I can not be bought :}

Your "hedging strategy" is interesting because I had not thought of it in those terms: but it is. I employ it with a number of McFaulds' stocks. It seems to be an intuitive thing for the smart investor. My opinion only. Doing your own due diligence is key for the investor who want to make large capital gains. But I'm stating the obvious.

I have chatted with both Voisin and Novak, and I have been impressed with both. They've been in the mining business for a long time; they are also longtime friends. And friends like to help each other.

My advice would be to load on some SPQ. (I have a large position.) Here's my reasoning:

1) Spider has a drill plaform (JV with FWR & KWG) at its chromite & PGM play located within 3 Km of Noront's Double Eagle. It will drill 5000 meters until July (unless it hits "something big" - Novak - then they'll keep drilling).

2) Voisin will make a presentation to Novak on the McFaulds East & West JVs with SPQ this week coming. This is good news. However, it probably puts these projects on a timeline about 6 months behind the chromite & PGM project.

3) UC has very good potential but it may not have the same "McFaulds cache" as SPQ. However, it's more than a one-horse pony with other mining interests: so your shares are good shares (speculative just like all juniors, however).

There you have it: my thoughts. Get some SPQ while prices are depressed.

Best wishes,

Snug
