I just got off the phone with Mike White of IBK. He's been in meetings with Neil Novak over the last couple of days. That's why I couldn't contact him on Wednesday.

I asked him if he had any "material" information with regards to McFaulds. He kindly indicated that he couldn't give me any material info. However, he said that everyone is excited about the new drill rigs coming in. Drilling will start next week.

One key point which bears mentioning is that 6 new drill holes will be drilled at Double Eagle, and these drill holes will provide enough information (along with the previous drill holes) to complete a 43-101. This will be a significant event. When the 43-101 will be available is anyone's guess ... suffice it to say ... it is on the horizon.

Once the 43-101 has been readied, Mike will travel once again to the USA to present to the money boys in New York and Boston. He said that they will dole out money to the big miners but for the "explorcos" - show me the 43-101.

I should also note that the new Noront drills that have been flown north have been made specifically for Noront. Therefore, drilling can continue year round.

At a recent presentation, Mike mentioned that the "Ring of Fire" holds hundreds of potential drill sites. Novak corrected him and said "thousands". So you can understand everyone's excitement.

Finally, from my discussion with Mike, it seems that Noront (as has been noted numerous times previous) is the flagship for the area play. (BMK is the other big explorer.) Neil Novak is spending a great deal of time with Richard Nemis and Mike White getting the story right for Noront. Happily, Spider Resources is a "bridesmaid" at this time, but a very pretty bridesmaid with its landholdings in close proximity to Double Eagle.
