As I was reading your post, and particularly your comment on BMK, I realized that a very powerful potential boost (along with 43-101's) to the "area play" scenerio is simply for one or two other juniors to hit their own Glory Hole #5 or Hole #18.

Noront has set the stage, and for the moment probably has limited upside until a 43-101 surfaces (i.e., everything is built into the share price for the moment).  HOWEVER, if other company drill bits ring up excellent numbers, the area play actually becomes a true area play.

Alas, I'm probably stating the obvious.
