It doesn't seem an unreasonable assumption. As someone else said 'there are no bad trades'. Day Traders, Shorts, Longs etc. all go to make up the market.

It is indeed early days for SPQ and likely the new year before anyone gets a good handle on just what their property holdings and jv's are potentially worth.
