Low volume on NOT - high volume on SPQ

The volume for NOT over the last three days has been the lowest for many weeks:

DEC 3 - 528,788 NOV 30 - 520,044 NOV 29 - 429,862

The average daily volume for the previous six weeks was probably close to 2 million shares.

So what's up? And does it mean anything for Spider Resources? Any ideas?
