I have uploaded to the PHOTOS section a screen capture of an Excel spreadsheet which has the numbers included in Kelsee's last post.

SPQ investors will see that the total number of share, options, warrants (direct and indirect) for SPQ officers is about 27.5 million. This figure is just under 10% of SPQ shares (fully diluted).

Therefore, the retail investor has over 90% (unless Sprott or Pinetree has bought shares). I doubt whether day traders are holding any shares because there is no froth in the market. So many (the majority?) of the shareholders are probably interested in the long term health of Spider Resources.

Unless I am missing something with the above numbers (and that is quite possible), the individual SPQ investor and THIS FORUM can have a say, a say in future decisions of Spider Resources.
