Lostlips...
I understand your passion, and I really appreciate your long post. If SPQ management tries to screw its shareholders, I will be second in line after you to loudly voice my thoughts.
We all must be vigilant. Pumpers and bashers have been around since the first equity was issued. Through this forum, though, with its informed investors we can be on top of issues pertinent to SPQ.
I would also like to suggest that this forum is only the frontline for investors in their relationship with SPQ and its management. Phone calls and emails to Novak and company directors must be used by all investors. This forum, however, can be mobilized to focus concerns or to provide constructive suggestions.
Here are some of my thoughts with regards to the number of SPQ shares, and a possible way forward.
First, I would like to know how many shares (fully diluted) that Novak and SPQ's directors hold. If someone has that information available, it might be useful. Otherwise we should get this info.
Second, I'm going to assume that there has been NO corporate investors (e.g., Sprott, Pinetree, etc.). I may be wrong on this; but if this is the case, the individual investors hold the rest of the shares.
Third, shareholder activism is a reality in today's market. Normally, however, you see this type of activism with larger corporations. But, if we need to push Novak and SPQ on anything, it might be a good time to start before we get to next June's AGM.
Just my humble thoughts.
