It really isn't news that's going to help SPQ much and lifted FWR what 1/2 cent!

Needs something solid like aerial survey results to lift everybody. Ridiculous price today for shares. Mind you finally it seems to be trying to get back to 12 cents which is still way under what it should be just as a speculative area play.
