Someone clearing out large position?

For the past few days there has been someone sitting on the offer with a huge number of shares. Always seems to be 1/2 what's on the bid.

No question but this is a shadow over SPQ price and until it's gone we're not going anywhere. Mind you some great news from the 'ring of fire' could clean those offered shares immediately and see us moving up again instead of standing still.
