During the NOT AGM a chap by the name of Michael White (from IBK, I think) spoke with regards to The Ring of Fire. Mr. White has been visiting European cities promoting NOT and McFauld's; he was heading back after the AGM to do the same. Perhaps Mr. Voisin is a member of this promotional junket.
