Indeed. This was a little anticlimatic and the NR could have happened without a halt. In any event, from my perspective if NOT halts during trading hours and other players are not halted, I conclude it is not of enough significance to get excited. On the other hand simutaneous halts or halts after hours would mean more. IMHO.
