Dear Shareholder,

Thank you for your inquiry. The following response was provided by UC Resources:

UC will own 55%, Spider can earn in up to 30%, leaving KWG with 15% at the completion of the opt in agreement.

As for the assays, the answer is no we have not put a rush on the last 3 assays.
