SPKL's Bread Garden chain in BC, worth a look. With the 2010 Winter Games, the Vancouver and Kamloops Airport franchises should be a showcase.

I'm now a SH with a small partially filled order, today. Not expecting big gains for the moment but next year, imo, should prove beneficial.
