Simply put, the MM’s don’t like the allocation of the Sonomax shares. So, when the well informed long-term retail investor doesn’t sell, the MM’s will employ all kinds of tricks to drive the stock price down over a long period of time. I suppose it’s their advantage.

However, we have advantages too. We keep abreast of all of the information pertaining to our investment, we understand the related risk factors, and if we like the chances for success, then we dig in. We dig in because we know why the MM’s doing all the shenanigans, they’re doing it because they’ve come to the same conclusion as we have.
